- Matthew Troy
Director/Writer

- Born and raised in Hebron, Connecticut, Matthew has been producing films since 1999. Sole proprietor of Patio Productions, his production company, Matthew works both in the creative and consumer world producing films that range from commercial promotional videos to 35mm narratives. Matthew attends NYU's Tisch School of the arts with the intention of becoming a cinematographer and film director, but enjoys his time as a volunteer firefighter/EMT in his hometown. - Donna McCalla
Producer

- A long time resident of Hebron and an active member of the Hebron Historical Society and the Hebron Historic Properties Commission, Donna has been instrumental in the pre-production process for this film. From grant writing to research and writing support, Donna has been the impetus behind the creation of this film.
- Jessica Troy
Writer

- A freshman at the Loyola University in Chicago, Jessica hopes to join the ranks of her brother and also pursue a career in filmmaking as a writer. Jessica has been working hard with Matthew on the "Testimonies" script, this being their second collaborative writing effort. Go to my Biography page.
- Charles Goon
Producer

- Ivaylo Getov
Cinematographer

- Born in Bulgaria and raised in Los Angeles, Ivaylo Getov is now finishing his fourth and final year at NYU’s Tisch School of the Arts, Kanbar Institute of Film and Television. Following a heavy involvement in theatre and photography, he is now concentrating on Cinematography, including film and digital work. After a grueling semester in which he shot four short narrative films on 16mm and directed one of his own, Ivaylo is taking a break from New York City to pursue documentary filmmaking for a semester in Havana, Cuba, at the prestigious Instituto Cubano del Arte e Industria Cinematograficos. - Erica Tachoir
Assistant Director/Editor

- Calling Tennessee her home, Erica is a student at NYU's Tisch School of the Arts and has been a long time collaborator with Matthew Troy. Erica's film "The Art of Losing," a black and white 16mm short produced in Hebron and Marlborough in 2006 won the Best Film award in its category at the 2007 Fusion Film Festival, and all women's film competition. Erica plans to pursue a career as a director, as well as an editor.
- Brandon Roots
Assistant Camera

- Brandon Roots is from Santa Barbara, California and is now in his fourth and final year at NYU. As a film and television major he is following a track in camera operations and looks forward to a career as a Director of Photography. With three trips to Hebron under his belt he would consider himself a local were it not for having yet to attend Maple-Fest.
- Kelly Harper
Unit Production Manager

- A resident of Boca Raton, Florida, Kelly has proven herself a strong filmmaker not only visually, but as well as audibly. A well versed sound recordist and mixer, Kelly is a jack-of-all-trades and looks forward to working on various aspects of "Testimonies" ever since she did sound recording for a film in and around Hebron.
- Matthew Chao
Sound Recordist

- The youngest of three siblings and a native of New Jersey, Matthew has enjoyed working on student films during his time at Tisch in all aspects of the trade, most recently as a producer, sound mixer, and director. Matthew has visited Hebron on numerous occasions in the past, including a visit to Maple Fest. Go to my Biography page.
- Amanda Rohlke
Script Supervisor

- Born and raised in Raleigh, North Carolina, Amanda has proven herself to be a strong asset on any film set. Focusing on a career in producing and directing for both film and television, Amanda, a senior at NYU, is a double major in Film and History because of her passion to create period piece films. Amanda also takes great pride in her vegan baking abilities.
- Talia Mazzarella
Costume Designer

- Talia comes from Leominster, a mid-sized city in central Massachusetts. While in the past she has worked on costuming and art direction for student productions and professionally, she is pursuing the writer/director track in Tisch's film program. In addition to working on various NYU student productions, she is the marketing director of the Fusion Film Festival and an avid Sox fan.
- David Gwaltney
Gaffer

- A resident of Bristol, Tennessee, David is a senior attending NYU's film school, showing interest and talent in directing films and music videos, as well as writing and directing photography. In 2006 David was the cinematographer of Matthew Troy's Hebron-based short film "The Siren Song Volunteer" which was featured in the 2007 NYU Sight and Sound Film showcase. David hopes to write sketch comedy one day for television, as well as direct in film.
- Charlotte Royer
Art Director

- A New Englander by nature, Charlotte is from Portland, Maine and attends school at NYU where she's pursuing a career as an art director in the undergraduate film department. Charlotte has been attached to "Testimonies" ever since she visited Hebron during the winter of 2006.
- Aaron Jackson
Camera/G&E

- A senior at NYU’s Tisch School of the Arts, Aaron’s interest is primarily in the area of Camera and G&E. He is currently working as a Producer at the NYU Television Center. He spent the Fall 2007 semester in Prague, Czech Republic, studying 35mm directing at the Film/TV Academy of the Arts. Go to my Biography page …
